שנפל משנים חייב להחזיר מאי טעמא ההוא דנפל מיניה לא מיאש מימר אמר מכדי איניש אחרינא לא הוה בהדאי אלא האי נקיטנא ליה ואמינא ליה אנת הוא דשקלתיה
